promoting quality, cost effective health care, by coordinating, monitoring and evaluation options to maximize client potential while supporting quality of life concerns.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I have been in the field of case management over 50publrs. My nursing career started in 1969 in community health, mental health and public health nursing. I realized early on that the hospital environment was not for me. I have always enjoyed problem solving and critical thinking. The "business side" of health care, I learned in my graduate school classes in Human Services Administration.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
RCM is independently owned and operated. We have always specialized in catastrophic illness and injury. We pride ourselves in handing the most difficult and complex cases & have excellent outcomes.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We have certified nurses CCM, CDMS, CRC, CRRN, COHN all over the state of Fl as well as coverage in select areas of MS, TN, NC & other areas of the US.
