The Chef is now limited to preparing 20 to 200 Guest party food trays for special occasions including lasagna, baked Ziti, Chicken Parm, Chicken marshal and his famous Maple Roasted Chicken. All delivered with Salad and the "Great Garlic Rolls" Must me on weekends and one week advance notice with a prepaid order. Chef Carlos retired as a Business owner. Bombolini's was very successful but the work force was being too difficult to maintain and frustrating to management. Business was Established November 1984, with a Registered Trade-Mark name "Bombolini's" and "Chef Hat" Logo. Use of the Name and or Chef Hat logo is prohibited with out legal written permission from registered owner.
What is your primary product or service?
Presently we provide Food tray for parties and banquet of 20 to 400 Guest. Delivered or may be picked up. Contact Chef www.bombolinis.com for your selection and options available.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I loved Italian food and was taken care of while a teenager by Italian family friend that used to call me Bombolini.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We had an overwhelming amount of customers that before visiting Bombolini's dined at Italian owned restaurants and then switched and kept bringing more of their friends over to our Bombolini's Restaurant and said that it was more authentic then most they had dined in. We had a huge menu with Chef's original created appetizers and entree recipes.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We had between 1984 and 2005 5 locations, but because of stressful employee selection and retention had to reduce and finally close the last location and get out of a fixed location. We now work in partnership for our cooking with a shared kitchen facility partner.
